Reginald W. Holman was born on November 23, 1959, in North Carolina, the son of Robert William Holman and Gertrude Holman.
He moved to New York in 1964 and graduated from DeWitt Clinton High School in 1978, where he played on their football team.
Over the years Reginald worked for Pepsi Cola and was a Window installer. One of his hobbies was manual labor and he loved to cook and dance.
He is lovingly remembered for his great humor, generosity and compassion.
Since starting his relationship with Arlillian Miller in 1994, her kids became his kids and her family became his family, who lovingly named him Reggie Miller.
Reginal is survived by his Soulmate of 29 years, Arlillian Miller; his six siblings, Diane Turner, Teresa Holman, Wayne Turner, Lamont Holnab, Robert Holman, and Diane Holman; his stepdaughter, Andrea Cruz, and her husband Angelo Cruz; stepson, Antar Miller and his partner Tamika Spaulding; and five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
