It is with deep sadness that we announce our dear sister Karen Stecher died on August 17 th , 2021 at Allen Hospital in New York from heart disease. She was 77 years old. She worked as an assistant for attorneys in New York City for many years. She was an artist and loved drawing as a hobby and also enjoyed reading and movies. She leaves behind her twin sister, Lee Stecher from Riverdale, New York and her sister Bonnie Stecher Nolan (John) from Parkland, Florida. She was preceded in death by her mother, Albina Moskowitz Stecher, her father, Bernard Stecher and her younger brother Glenn Stecher. She leaves behind nieces Nicole Nolan Christie (Morgan), Kelly Nolan Rocker (Hank) and nephew John Nolan IV, and her beloved aunt Betty Stecher Klein and many nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be a private ceremony for the family at a later date.
