Our loving and devoted mother and friend to all whose lives she touched, went on to be with the Lord on March 21st, 2020 in the Bronx New York.
Frederica Victoria Walters was born to Francis Ann Henry better known as Ms. Adelaide Ible in St Mary’s Parish Cayon, St Kitts on March 31st 1926.
She was the beloved mother of Sylvanie, the late Lovell, Ashley, Rona, Bandele, Ivan, Lorna, Ramona, Lornell, Revaldo, Joycelyn and Gracie and the proud grandmother of many grand, great-grand and great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, sons and daughter in laws too numerous to mention and especially great-grandniece Lornette.
Frederica was predeceased by her husband Charles Walters, her sisters Ida Levey Eddy, Eileen Hodge, and Mildred Daniel, Estelle Mills and leaves to mourn her sister Emily Wilson and brother Joseph Edmond Ible.
Frederica lived a full life as a wonderful mother, homemaker and devoted member of the Eilm Chapel Church in Cayon, St Kitts.
She loved to cook, bake bread and was well known for making a variety of local drinks such as ginger beer, maubi and a popular ice treat frozen joy/special.
Most of all, she loved her family and instilled in her children strong values that have served them well. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. Precious memories how they linger
The family would like to extend thanks and heartfelt appreciation to the many doctors, nurses, home attendants who cared and comforted her over the years, in particular Elvira Brown and Noreen Robinson.
