We come together today to honor our beloved Eleanore Louise Cameron Bedford;
born on 11/16/1949 to Grace Cameron and Willie Scarborough.
She spent most of her life in her home town of Harlem, where she found comfort
around her people. Even though she lived in the Bronx for many years, she was a
Harlem woman at heart.
She was an energy of peace to those who were blessed to know her. Her morning
Spiritual Words of Wisdom that made you all feel like she was talking directly to
you, made us feel connected and enlightened by her.
Her loving, calm spirit fed many throughout the years; from her family to faraway
friends. She was a natural teacher and spiritual guide with her kindness and soft-
spoken voice that gave us all hope of being a better person. Today she is
celebrated, loved and missed by all of her loved ones.
God was truly her all and all love; and she was forever grateful for her Angels that
he blessed her with.
Eleanore is survived by her Seven Angels: Antoinette, Sheila, Alvin, Charisse,
Carmen, Herbert Jr. and Jason. Her Confidant, Best friend and Common Law
Husband for over 40 years Herbert Green. Her 24 Grand Children and 19 Great
Grand Child that she adored, as well as all of the many others that she loved like
her own.
The love we have for her will always live and bring us closer.
She will forever live within us all. May you rest in Peace Ma!
