Edward S Williams, of Brooklyn, NY, was born on February 22 nd , 1964, to his loving parents, Mother, Delores B. Williams, of Virginia, and Father, Bennie Williams, South Carolina. Scotty was his nickname. From a young child, Scotty was always quiet he was loving but very quiet. Scotty even though he was quiet was also a loving, kind, and caring person. He loved his family especially in his nieces and nephew his bond with his nephew was undeniable. And even though he was a quiet humble person, he could give you a conversation about football though. He enjoyed playing football. He once had dreams of playing in the NFL. Scotty went on to apply to Sheepshead Bay High School where he was accepted and of course played football throughout his whole four years. Scotty’s dream to play football in the NFL started to diminish when he began to find an interest in Criminal Justice. In September 2000, Scotty became a Sea Gate Police Officer, a career that he loved and cherished. He couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
