Christopher A Hines

Christopher Hines was born to Cheryl Brown and Demetrius Hines on December 13,1984 at Nassau County Medical Center in Hempstead N.Y. He went home to be with the Lord on April 6,  2020.

Christopher grew up in Roosevelt Long Island , and then later on moved to the Bronx .He graduated from Bronx school for Career Development .After graduating, Chris worked various places but most recently worked at Chef D. In his spare time he loved watching his favorite sports teams the NY Yankees and the Chicago Bulls. Christopher also had a great love for  Hip Hop and R and B music. Some of his favorite artists include ,Young M.A, Biggie Smallls , and Chris Brown.

Christopher was the kind of person that would call and check in on his family every day just to make sure we were ok.
Christopher was a great son,father,brother,uncle and friend who always saw the good in people when sometimes they couldn’t even see it in themselves. His presence was like no other and he will be sorely missed.

Christopher is survived by his mother Cheryl Brown , his daughter Sariya Hines , brothers , Anthony Hines , John and Jonathan Brown , his sisters Jasmine Brown, Mary and Mariah Lawrence,  and a host of family and friends and his long time partner Gina.

At this time while we continue to grieve during this difficult period we ask you to keep our family in your prayers .

I would like to say a special Thank you to my sister in law Imalya Briggs for all of her help, support,and encouragement during this difficult time .
